Ability to display additional properties in Directory table view (People and Projects)

Feature Request

To allow for fast editing and checking that properties for People and Projects are correct, it would be very useful to have the ability to display one (or more) additional columns in the directory views.

    Implemented (at least to some extent) now in https://use.operating.app/projects and https://use.operating.app/people — the Directory is going to be sunset at some point in the future.

    I will use this function regularly, on a weekly/biweekly basis, whenever new people are automatically added to Operating (from the HiBob integration) – and due to some properties still not being synced from HiBob, I need to manually update these properties.

    However, without being able to quickly visualise such properties from the Directory table view, I would need to use some filter, wherever possible – otherwise click on each new entry to visualise all the properties.
