Add Export Functionality for Planned vs. Actual Reports

I’d like to be able to export the Planned vs Actual reports for both people and projects by week so I can share this data with team members who are not in Operating, e.g.:

• For the month of January week by week, planned vs actual hours for each team member, both overall and by project, so I can share with their development leads

• For the month of January week by week, planned vs. actual hours for each project, both overall and by person, so I can share with the engagement lead

I can export time entries for projects or for people but would need to do significant data manipulation to get the same results that are in the Planned vs Actual reports.
