Admin ability to standardize display settings for all users

Feature Request
As an administrator, I want the ability to choose and enforce specific display settings (e.g., allocation input method, total effort display, summary row allocation information) for all users within the company. This would ensure a consistent view of information across the organization.

    Having standardized report accross the organization with the same filter, columns, etc is really important, otherwise, people tend to get a number like forecasted revenue with different filters and it creates chaos during the discussion when it can be totally avoided and make us more efficient.
