Auto-refresh integrations

Automatically sync data between Operating and other tools, such as HiBob, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

This will likely be a stretched-out piece of work as we implement the auto-refresh in different integrations. It's already available for HiBob time off sync. HubSpot auto-refresh will be launched in mid-February 2025.
