Change Project Financials Rate Calculation from Hourly to Daily

As a user, I want to be able to change the rate calculation for project financials from hourly to daily. This would make the finance department's life a lot easier when managing project budgets and billing. The current system only allows for hourly rates, but our projects are often billed on a daily basis. Having this flexibility is crucial for our financial workflow.
