Default 100% Allocation for New Project Members

Feature Request
Users should be able to set a default allocation of 100% when adding new people to projects, rather than having to manually adjust it each time. This would streamline the project setup process and improve efficiency.

    Thanks for the feedback! We’re always looking for ways to improve allocation creation.

    On a related note, this week, we added a feature that lets you add multiple positions at once (see the + Add multiple button). This makes it much easier to assign entire teams to projects, so “building teams and allocating work quicker” is definitely something we’re thinking about constantly!
