Invoicing 1.0

Create invoices (time entry breakdown, possible edit, discounts, etc) based on time tracked in Operating Hours.

The 1.0 won't necessarily connect with any bookkeeping apps, but QuickBooks Online and Xero are high on the list of candidates to plug into.
