Time off allocation type

Feature Request

Add the possibility to define a time of allocation type like “parental leave” or “vacation”. This is already possible for time entries, but not yet in planning allocations.

The type of the time off will affect capacity calculations. I.e. if someone is on a parental leave, they’re omitted from the company’s total capacity.

    really important to us…. we have a number of people on long term leave like maternity, sabbitical or sickness and they are not present to fill out the time sheet weekly hence our key KPI’s start to distort

    After this work has been done, we can offer “auto-fill time entries from time off allocations”.

    1. (optional) create time entries based on time off, use the time off category of the allocation

    2. planned flex leaves

      do you also have on for making the time off project read only in the timeline in the UI where companies are sourcing that from a HR system via API?
