Timeline: show Skills toggles at position creation (while dragging allocation in new lane)

While creating a new position in the timeline by dragging a new allocation in the last row (“+Add + Mutiple”), the current modal menu shown is the one below.

It would be very useful if this menu showed all the features currently shown in the position menu, that can be accessed while editing a position. In particular, having the ability to add skills immediately, at position creation on timeline mouse-drag, would be very useful
