However, this needs to be carefully study, because f.ex GDPR regulations, integrations from HR-software or reporting for/from the 3rd party reporting application needs to be considered. In principle, the archiving should be defined by the archiving date. Typically, if the employee’s termination of contract or status does not end in certain date interval one is using for the report, the archived employee should appear in listing. If archived persons do not appear, the reports will likely show the false information. Therefore the selecting the date interval for the reporting should always be selected as a first data filter.
