Here's what's new in Operating this week.

Visibility options for Person Notes

Person-related notes now offer visibility options. Choose from public, private, or shared visibility, allowing specific notes to be seen only by selected groups or individuals - perfect for sensitive notes.

Probability of Tentative Allocations

To improve the accuracy of reports on amount of tentative work, it is now possible to add probability to tentative allocations. This helps prevent inflated numbers, particularly when future tentative work is unlikely to occur. To see weighted values in Project Portfolio and Capacity reports, enable it from display settings in the report.

Project margins

Understanding your projects’ profitability just got easier. Project margins are now visible directly on the timeline and in project details. Soon, we’ll introduce a new report showing margins across your organization, giving you a complete picture effortlessly.

Individual Cost Rates

If you require more precise cost estimates than role-based rates provide, you can now assign individual-specific cost rates via Person Details > Employment.

Revenue booked in Project Portfolio report & new grouping options

View upcoming revenue by month or week, and group your project portfolio by client, owner, or site. Additional grouping options (such as project tags) are on the way. Let us know if you have specific requests!
