Someone with login access to Operating; can interact with the platform

Person

A professional profile of a person; may or may not be linked to a user; visible in all list views like Horizon and Timeline

  • Users are often identified by email (or SSO ID).

  • Not all users need to be linked to a person and vice versa

    • Example: a manager might only have a user access, but no designated person in the system
