Viewing project-Level Time Tracking data

How to Access

  • Go to any project details page

  • Select the Time Tracking tab

What You Can Do

  • Filter by date range (e.g. 01/05/2025 โ€“ 31/05/2025)

  • Group entries โ€” with roll-ups of total hours

  • Sort by columns โ€” like date, task, note, or time

  • Hide or show different columns

  • Check billable status โ€” marked with a โœ“

  • Export entries to CSV for external reporting or invoicing

Tip: This view is especially useful during month-end billing cycles or project wrap-ups.

Company-Wide Time Entries View

Use this to see and manage time logged across all projects and team members โ€” ideal for auditing, corrections, and payroll export.

Here, grouping and sorting is super powerful:

How to Access

  • Go to The Sidebar Navigation โ†’ More โ†’ Time Entries

What You Can Do

  • View all entries across clients, projects, and users

  • Edit entries inline โ€” change the project or task

    • filter (with e.g. person / project name and date range) to see the entries with the wrong task

    • hit Edit entries at the top of the table

    • check all entries that have the wrong task

    • edit selected > field to set: Task

    • select the correct task

    • Save and you're done

  • Apply filters โ€” e.g. filter for a client or person

  • See revenue data if linked to billing

  • Export all time entries to CSV โ€” useful for:

    • Payroll

    • Holiday/leave analysis

    • Financial reporting

  • Bulk delete time entries

    • Filter first to see all the time entries that need to be edited (i.e. deleted)

    • Then hit the Edit entriesโ€ฆ button at top right

    • Select all or pick and choose individual time entries

    • After youโ€™ve selected 1 or more, a bottom bar will appear โ€“ย here you can choose to either delete or edit
