Company-Wide Time Entries View

Use this to see and manage time logged across all projects and team members — ideal for auditing, corrections, and payroll export.

Here, grouping and sorting is super powerful:

How to Access

  • Go to The Sidebar Navigation → More → Time Entries

What You Can Do

  • View all entries across clients, projects, and users

  • Edit entries inline — change the project or task

    • filter (with e.g. person / project name and date range) to see the entries with the wrong task

    • hit Edit entries at the top of the table

    • check all entries that have the wrong task

    • edit selected > field to set: Task

    • select the correct task

    • Save and you're done

  • Apply filters — e.g. filter for a client or person

  • See revenue data if linked to billing

  • Export all time entries to CSV — useful for:

    • Payroll

    • Holiday/leave analysis

    • Financial reporting

  • Bulk delete time entries

    • Filter first to see all the time entries that need to be edited (i.e. deleted)

    • Then hit the Edit entries… button at top right

    • Select all or pick and choose individual time entries

    • After you’ve selected 1 or more, a bottom bar will appear – here you can choose to either delete or edit.

      • Delete and edit work on entries in projects with a Tentative or Confirmed status.

      • If any selected entry is on a project with a Completed or Cancelled status, the Delete button is greyed out and a tooltip explains why. In the edit dialog, the button that applies the change is greyed out in the same case, for every field except Invoiced. Marking entries as invoiced still works on those projects.

    • Watch this video to see how it works

Tip: Use this view before payroll deadlines to verify logged time and adjust mistakes.
